Calls for the Views of the Solicitor General, October Term 2009
Here is a list of petitions in which the Court has called for the Solicitor General to submit a brief expressing the views of the United States. The list is incorporated in a table with the dates on which each invitation was extended and fulfilled, links to the briefs filed from the S.G.'s office, and the actions taken by the Court to deny or grant these petitions. We will continue to update the list throughout the Term.
